 Whether you just received a diagnosis, or you've been struggling with symptoms for years, join a group of like-minded folks for once weekly group therapy.  Groups are a great way to make friends and learn to give and receive support.  We share stories and experiences, create art projects, and visit a local natural setting for a meditation walk once a month.  Please contact me for more details!
